Carl Soloway Galleries Statement

Carl Solway, Nam June Paik, Ken Hakuta and Nam June Paik Studios, Inc.,
have settled the lawsuit captioned Solway Gallery, Inc. vs. Nam June Paik et
al. All parties have agreed to the settltment and dismissal of the lawsuit
filed by Solway Gallery, Inc. Under the terms of the settlement, Paik will authenticate the artworks
known as: Mirage, Stage, Tower, Ruin and W-3. The parties have agreed that Solway will
destroy the work known as Retrobot. In order to clarify past accounting and business transactions, Carl
Solway will give to Nam June Paik, et al. all accounting records of past business transactions between Solway and Paik. These accounting records are subject to acceptance by Nam June Paik, et al.
